We are pleased to inform you regarding a Job opening for the position of Electrical Engineer for a big leading company based in Riyadh - Saudi Arabia.

Job Responsibilities:

JOB DESCRIPTION, QUALIFICATION, and EXPERIENCE;
1) To ensure that all project information is fully ready before testing & commissioning activities start at site

2) To perform testing and commissioning of:
- transformers, generators and motor protection relays, differential protections, over-current and earth fault, over and under voltage relays...
- panels up to 220 KV, switchgear panels up to 33 KV
- electrical switchgear like VCB, ACB, OCB and SF6 breakers and isolators
- power transformers, distribution transformers, current transformers, potential transformers, capacitive voltage transformers and calibration of voltmeters, ammeters and energy meters
- battery charges, battery banks, neutral grounding resisters and transformers
- high voltage test for cables and bus bars and ducts

3) To ensure that commissioning is performed as per the documented processes descriptions and checklists, permanently interacting with the manager and concerned experts so it is done effectively

4) To ensure the usage of the latest tools and latest software versions during commissioning as well as the efficient use of the commissioning assets like test-kits, tools, machines etc.

5) To report regularly the site progress & site plan to the Site Manager. 

6) To provide continuous feedback to Testing & Commissioning, Project Management and Engineering teams in a way that ensures re-usage of experience

7) To hand over the marked-up drawings to the responsible persons in order to prepare the as-built drawing and onward submission for the client in order to close the project.
Skills

Bachelor s Degree in Electrical Engineering
Previous experience of minimum 5 years as Testing & Commissioning Engineer in at least two HV Substations (132 - 380 kv) is a must
Willing to work in different locations around KSA
Working level of English
